More range of motion. More control. More confidence in movement.
Progress isn’t always a new exercise… sometimes it’s leveling up the same one.
➡️ Orange band → Green band
➡️ No band → Band resistance
➡️ Holding at the top → Choking down into deeper, more controlled band-assisted lunges
Same movement. Different capacity.
This is what happens when you stay consistent and let the body adapt the right way.
