You love tennis… but do you love mobility? 👀🎾

My avid recreational players will practice serves for hours…
But forget that their hips, shoulders, and thoracic spine need attention too.

Mobility isn’t extra.
It’s the reason your serve feels smoother.
It’s why your back doesn’t tighten after 2 sets.
It’s how you stop your shoulder from feeling “cranky” mid-match.

If you’re playing 2–4x a week and not doing mobility,
you’re building skill on top of restriction.

We worked on:
✔️ Hip rotation for cleaner groundstrokes
✔️ Thoracic mobility for stronger serves
✔️ Shoulder control for pain-free overheads
✔️ Ankle mobility for quicker court movement

You don’t stop playing because you’re tired.
You stop because your body feels tight.

Let’s fix that.

I’m currently enrolling for my Mobility Program
→ Small group sessions
→ 1:1 mobility intensives
→ Customized plans for recreational players

Dead bugs with a band hit different… and if you know, you know.

The band isn’t there for decoration.
It forces your core to actually resist movement — not just swing your legs around and call it “core work.”

Now here’s the part people miss 👇🏽

That 90° leg?

Keep it closer to your chest = more support.
Shift it slightly away = longer lever = way more demand on your deep core.

Same exercise.
Completely different stimulus.

So the question is…
Are you training control or just moving? 👀

Try both and tell me which one exposed you.

Save this for next core variation 🖤

Defensive Linemen don’t need to be flexible.
They need to be violent AND controlled.

Band mobility trains your hips, shoulders, and ankles to produce force from low positions — without losing stability.

For DL, that means:

🔥 Explosive first step
🔥 Better hip roll off the line
🔥 Stronger hand fighting
🔥 Shoulder durability in contact
🔥 Ankles that can handle lateral sheds

Bands create tension so you’re building strength through range — not just stretching.

You don’t win in football by being loose.
You win by being powerful through your range.

Mobility = force transfer.
Force transfer = disruption in the backfield.

If you’re a DL, Gym Enthusiast, or Sit at a desk all day, and you want to attain more mobility…

He’s heading to the CFL 🏈 in a couple of months…
So you know we have to get his body together!

He was dealing with stiffness…
And stiffness at that level?

🚫That’s lost speed.
🚫Lost power.
🤕Higher injury risk.

So we didn’t just “stretch.”

With the added the mobility sessions to his weekly soft tissue work we’re

opening the T-spine.
controlling the shoulders.
freeing the hips.
strengthen the tibialis.

Because mobility isn’t about being flexible.
It’s about owning every inch of your range under control.

Quick question 👇🏽

If you’re training hard right now…
are your hips actually moving
or are you forcing compensation?

Drop 🏈 if you’re an athlete
Drop 🔥 if you train hard
Drop 🦵🏽 if your hips feel tight

I’ll tell you what that stiffness is really costing you.
