At Hope & Serenity, the work we do is about more than helping you to cope — it’s about supporting healing.

So many women have learned to endure silently. To carry emotional pain, relational wounds, and the weight of life alone. But healing was never meant to happen in isolation.

Our work focuses on women’s healing emotionally, relationally, and holistically — creating a space where you can slow down, be seen, and begin restoring the parts of yourself that may have been hurt, neglected, or silenced.

You do not have to endure alone.
Support is possible.
Healing is possible.
And you deserve both.

One of the most common misconceptions about therapy is that you have to be in crisis before it’s “serious enough” to reach out.

But therapy is not only for the moments when things feel unbearable.

Many people come to therapy because something simply doesn’t feel right anymore.

Maybe a relationship feels stuck.
Maybe anxiety has quietly become part of your daily life.
Maybe you’ve been carrying emotional weight for so long that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to feel light.

Therapy can be a space to slow down and explore what’s happening beneath the surface — your patterns, your relationships, your stress, and the experiences that may still be shaping how you move through life.

Growth, clarity, and emotional healing often begin long before a crisis.

And support does not have to wait until things feel overwhelming.

You’re the one people call when they’re overwhelmed.
The one who keeps the peace in relationships.
The one who notices when everyone else is struggling.

But when you’re carrying too much… you quietly figure it out alone.

Over time, being the emotional support for everyone around you can become exhausting.

At Hope & Serenity, we often work with women who feel like they’re holding together relationships, families, and responsibilities while their own emotional needs go unattended.

Therapy can be a place where you don’t have to be the strong one for a moment.

Our therapists support women navigating things like:
• relationship stress and emotional labor
• anxiety and mental overwhelm
• past relational trauma
• life transitions and personal healing

Support, clarity, and healing are possible — and you don’t have to carry everything alone.

Emotional exhaustion doesn’t always look dramatic.

Often it looks like being the person everyone leans on.

The one who keeps the peace in relationships.
The one who notices when something feels off.
The one who carries the emotional weight of situations quietly.

Over time, constantly holding space for others can begin to feel draining — even if you care deeply about the people in your life.

Emotional exhaustion can show up as mental overwhelm, irritability, difficulty resting, or feeling disconnected from yourself.

None of this means you’re weak.

It usually means you’ve been carrying more than your nervous system was meant to carry alone.

Therapy can be a place where you finally have space to process your own emotions, understand what you’ve been holding, and begin to restore balance.

Support is possible.
And you don’t have to do everything on your own.

$16 per session.

Because support should feel accessible — not out of reach.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or mentally stretched thin, you’re not alone in that experience.

For many people, the hardest part isn’t recognizing they need support…
it’s finding something that feels approachable enough to begin.

This is not therapy.

This is a virtual coping skills group, which means you can join from anywhere and learn practical tools to help you:

• calm anxious thoughts
• manage overwhelm in real time
• support your nervous system
• feel more grounded day to day

You don’t have to live in Florida to participate.

You just have to be ready for things to feel a little more manageable.

If life has been feeling like too much lately, this could be a place to start.

Join for one session or attend them all — whatever feels right for you!

A child’s frustration, anger, sadness, or overwhelm can quickly shift the atmosphere in a family — leaving parents feeling unsure of how to respond or how to restore calm.

But what we often see beneath those big reactions is not defiance… it’s a child whose emotional system is overwhelmed and still learning how to regulate.

Children are not born knowing how to manage their emotions.
They learn regulation through guidance, safety, and supportive relationships.

At Hope & Serenity, our work with children focuses on helping them understand their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and build the confidence to express what they’re feeling in ways that feel safer for them — and for the family.

When children feel understood and supported, their emotions no longer have to run the house.

And parents don’t have to navigate those moments alone.

Meet Maria 🤍
Maria is a treasured member of the Hope & Serenity family. Supporting children and families with a compassionate presence and a gentle curiosity that invites deep exploration, reflection, and growth.

Therapy isn’t about having everything figured out — it’s about having a safe place to begin asking the questions you’ve been holding inside. Maria creates space where you as parents and families can explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns without judgment, and where insight can lead to greater peace and self-understanding.

If something in Maria’s approach feels resonant, that matters. Connection is part of what makes therapy feel safe, supportive, and healing.

If you’d like to explore working with Maria, you’re warmly invited to request an appointment through the link in our bio. Our team is here to help you find the support that fits you best — gently, intentionally, and without pressure.

Women are taught to perform.

Perform strength.
Perform productivity.
Perform resilience.

But when was the last time you were invited to explore your pleasure?

Not perform it.
Not earn it.
Simply experience it.

This Women’s HerStory Month, join Dr. Tea for Pleasure & Presence — an intimate, women-only evening designed to help you reconnect with your voice, your body, and your power.

Wine. Candlelight. Charcuterie. Honest Conversation. Real Reflection.

Because women deserve spaces where pleasure and presence are honored.

If a woman came to mind while reading this, send it to her.

Saturday, March 14th: 6pm - 9pm.

Cost: $75.00

Meet Dr. Tea 🦋

Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and feel supported without being rushed or fixed.

Dr. Tea’s work is rooted in helping women reconnect with themselves — emotionally, relationally, and within their nervous systems — especially during seasons of transition, burnout, grief, or relational strain. Her approach centers safety, curiosity, and compassion, honoring the whole person and the systems they move within.

If something in Dr. Tea’s presence or perspective resonates with you, that matters. Therapy works best when you feel grounded, seen, and supported in the room.

If you’re interested in working with Dr. Tea, you can learn more and request an appointment through the link in our bio. Our team is here to help guide you toward the support that fits you best.

There’s no requirement to have everything figured out — just permission to begin.
