The studio is closed today — and honestly, so are half the roads in my town. 🌧️ Last night’s downpour in my area made my usually quiet drive routes pretty treacherous.

The first photo? That’s the main road to my Mount Dora studio (and one of my kids’ schools). The next two? The roads I take to my Winter Park studio and my youngest’s school. Let’s just say… I didn’t feel safe letting my oldest drive today.

Two of my kids’ school is closed, and I kept the other home too — safety first! Thankfully our house stayed dry, but wow, I’ve never seen rain come down this hard, this fast. Florida, you really outdid yourself. 💦🙃
