My experiences as a therapist, parent, spouse, child, and business person have led me to want to help others from many walks of life. ncy, postpartum, motherhood, parenting, addictions, abuse, trauma, and the struggle to maintain life-work balance. I specialize in mental wellness, perinatal and postpartum struggles, couples, addictions, and trauma. My additional trainings through Postpartum Support International, EMDRIA, Gottman Institute and Resolve Through Sharing Bereavement Services enable me to meet my clients where they are, for what their specific needs are. Additionally, I work with other therapists as a Florida State Supervisor and and EMDRIA Approved Consultant. I believe people have strengths and resources that enable them to persevere and it is my responsibility to assist clients in gaining knowledge, resources and confidence. I wish you could just ignore worry but alas you can’t. You also shouldn’t overly focus on it or it will flood you. So just give it a little wave and put it in it’s place as I like to say. That way you own it and it doesn’t own you, bc for us with anxiety, it is a way of life, but a way of life that is manaegable. Here are a couple affirmation tips…
