I'd been working with this dream client for over a year. She was SO committed. Showed up every week. Did the work between sessions. Re-enrolled without a thought.

Hi ya'll!

Oh. My. Goodness! I'm over here in Maui coming through the biggest storm! Record rain and winds!

They recorded 4 inches of rain in one hour in my little area, and an average 24 inches in 24 hours. ⛈️⛈️⛈️⛈️

Flooding in the basement...

No power for the last few days...
.Trees and power lines down every where.

My kitties are SO anxious to get back outside.. .but they are also scared of the insanely strong winds!

I'm doing just fine - but I am really really feeling for the Maui community who has been through so much rebuilding with the Lahaina fires a couple of years ago... and so many are displaced from massive damage. 🙁

In the storm chaos, I had a moment of panic where I thought...

'I must be behind on my DEVOTION event!'

But nope.

Everything is built and ready for the leaders joining me this Wednesday. The emails are scheduled by my team to go out automatically, my Fb ads are doing their thing, and I just have to get my notes finalized to see you LIVE on Wednesday!

A client asked me...

"Why do you think you haven't grown your income faster, Julie?"

I have had a multiple six figure revenue business for many years. Healthy profit margin.

It's been very consistent. Slow, steady growth. Some years, slight dips. Some years, increases.

The answer to her question?

My intention has always been to grow my work and my business in INTEGRITY with myself.

I do not seek growth for growths sake. To push beyond myself or the pace at which I can deepen my roots and embody what I'm teaching.

I've created a model that I love. I average 10 hours of client work each MONTH.

I have created more days off on my schedule than work days.

When I get inspired, I move with that energy and I engage more into the creative process.

When I am integrating growth, I focus on the delivery of services to my existing clients.

I know myself and that I could scale my business model. And in fact I'm in the process of that currently.

But at GOD's pace. WITH Divine Timing - NOT in my ego's timing.

Because I am more committed to being self-honoring and embodying the work than I am to the outer results.

I have been taken care of every step of the way. Every time my anxious parts show up and try to lead the show - I come back to my intention and I release the attachment on the outcome so I can stay focused on who I'm being, how I'm showing up, what I need and how I can be of greatest service to my existing clients.

This year, I had less clients than in other years. There is a reorganization happening in my business model. Yet I've increased the revenue substantially as I listen to what's truly aligned.

It's very nourishing to me. And I am still stretched to new edges in the process.

I absolutely love teaching healers and spiritual entrepreneurs how to unwind the patterns and unmet trauma that keeps us pushing BEYOND ourselves for external results.

When we truly listen, align and create from the inside-out, we are taken care of.

The steadiness of my income, my free time, and the depth of the work I can provide within that steadiness is deeply nourishing.

We go first and we create the change we want to see in the world. This INCLUDES the way we build our business, tend to our relationships, and mostly how we honor ourselves.
