At Wisdom Flow Yoga, we offer a range of classes designed to meet you where you are—whether you’re new to yoga, returning after time away, or deepening a long-term practice.
Our weekly schedule includes Iyengar, Anusara, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga, alongside fitness and dance offerings that support strength, mobility, and expression.
With 12 yoga classes, 3 fitness classes, and 5 dance classes each week, there are options across early mornings, late mornings, early evenings, and weekends.
Classes are offered for beginner, intermediate, and advanced practitioners, with thoughtful instruction and modifications available so each student can practice with confidence and care.
