The Dragon’s Den is turning 37 on September 21st! 🎉 To celebrate, we’re hosting a series of Free Saturday Talks beginning September 6th. These gatherings are a wonderful way to connect with like-minded community members and dive into inspiring health topics. Come join the celebration! We meet on the lanai.

We would like everyone to welcome our new co-worker at the Dragon’s Den, Sarah Menzies!

Sarah comes to us with experience in holistic practices and inclusive systems. Raised by herbalist and botanist parents, she has been immersed in plant-based healing and alternative education since childhood. Her background includes yoga, birth and death doula work, and working with Maui non-profit organizations. She is passionate about creating systems that empower people to live in alignment with nature. We feel very grateful to have her coming aboard! 🐉

Dragon's Den Holiday Gathering! We came together to celebrate each other and the spirit of the Den, sharing our dedication to service, health, and upliftment. Nourishing dishes, lovingly crafted by Uma Dugied, filled our hearts and bellies, while the gift exchange brought many moments of laughter and joy.

Postpartum Sitz Bath🌿🌿🌿.

The word “sitz” is a German word meaning “to sit”, and a sitz bath is a warm, shallow water infused with healing herbs or salts that you sit in to cleanse and sooth the perineal area of the body.

This is one of our in house blends gently formulated for our new mamas 💚

Sitz baths after birth are useful for relieving pain, reducing swelling, and preventing infections.
