💫My Reiki journey began in the Bay Area, California back in 2015 and marked a transformative chapter in my life💫
✨Struggling with an adjustment disorder, I sought solace in alternative healing modalities. Through this journey, I came across shamanic practitioner, Shekhina Von Recklinghausen in 2016, who later became my teacher and mentor✨
💫From receiving regular Reiki sessions, I first hand witnessed how this alternative therapy could help alleviate severe cases of stress, anxiety, and how to manage overwhelming emotions, that I was familiar with suppressing💫
✨Shekhina’s guidance not only propelled my path of healing, it launched my Reiki career where I qualified as a Reiki Master Healer and Reiki Teacher in California✨
💫Today every aspect of my wellness practice echoes the profound wisdom and experiences cultivated over those heartfelt years. In service, these are some of the very gifts I share in my holistic wellness practice💫

💠Since Usui Reiki was discovered in Japan by Sensei Usui, close to the mountains in Kyoto, it’s important to honor the ‘Gokai’ (5 principles) in their mother tongue Japanese (swipe left to learn more!)💠
💠While these are the very simplified version of the principles, you can always join one of our Reiki Level I Trainings to learn more!
