Next series of Gentle Yoga Core classes on Zoom will begin on Tues Feb 16th at 3.30 pm! Each class is 1 hr 15 min, with a 15 min guided body scan relaxation/meditation at the end.

Price: 6 classes/$75 (one class is free). Registration and payment is due on or before Feb 16th. If you are experiencing financial hardship please connect and we can make special arrangements.

This class will be open to anyone, so feel free to invite a friend. Referring a friend will give you 10% discount off the next series of classes. Make sure they mention your name when signing up.

The class is recommended for those who have or have had low back/pelvic pain, who may have been injured during yoga before or is interested in starting yoga and anyone else!
