The brain map above is from a real patient who was seeking treatment after a incurring a concussion.

The brain waves on the left show the arrhythmias of concussed brain before treatment. In due course, these arrhythmias were stabilized through prTMS, resulting in the normalized brain waves displayed on the right.

Brain wave patterns are usually described in terms of frequency bands:
🔵Delta waves: 0.1–3 Hz, occur during deep sleep
🔵Theta waves: 4–7 Hz
🔵Alpha waves: 8–15 Hz, occur when the brain is idle and relaxed
🔵Beta waves: 16–30 Hz, occur during most conscious states and signal alertness
🔵Gamma waves: 31–100 Hz, the fastest wavelength brain waves, and are linked to learning, problem-solving, and information processing.
