Far too many people are recommending "vitamin gummies" which are loaded with sugar and other junk.
If you want to take creatine. Take creatine powder and mix it in water. You don't need to take in grams of sugar to be able to get a therapeutic dose of creatine.
There are a few decent gummies out there, but most of them are pure junk
Sometimes they have good active ingredients. More often they do not
And for a lot of people, the negative of the sugar will outweigh the positives of whatever the active ingredients are
I'm all for eating gummies if they are healthy. Just sadly most of them are not. So just look at them as candy. Don't deceive yourself. Then I'm okay with it
