For more than 25 years, I have worked with individuals, groups, and organizations to build practical habits that fit real life.
Through nutritional counseling, I help clients understand what their bodies need at different stages and how what they eat affects how they feel. If you’re experiencing low energy, inflammation, sugar cravings, sleep issues, high cholesterol, blood sugar issues, weight gain and more, you will learn how to make gentle changes that can change your life.

My menopause guidance goes beyond symptom lists. We look at food choices, lifestyle rhythms, symptoms, and stress so you can feel steady, informed, and supported through this transition.
As an aromatherapist, I incorporate plant-based tools and practices that support sleep, mood, focus, and nervous system balance- simple additions that can make a meaningful difference.
