They traveled to New Orleans this past week to complete training as Community Health Workers!! 🙌

This brings our total up to four CHWs on staff — each playing an important role in our pharmacy by helping patients with care cordination and social needs like food insecurity, transportation, and financial instability.
Because if our patients can’t focus on their health due to other challenges, we’re not truly doing our job as your healthcare partner. 💙
