Unhappy triad of the knee refers to three different structures in your knee that include the Anterior cruciale ligament (ACL) Medial collateral ligament (MCL) and the medal meniscus. Injury to these structures typically occurs when the foot is weight bearing when the knee is impacted causing them to sprain and sometimes rupture. The video shows how a rumor tired ACL/MCL will result in instability of the knee as it moves excessively forward and to the side when ruptured
