Blast from the Past! On Steve Ross’ Inhale Yoga Show on Oprah Winfrey’s Oxygen Network. It was on the air from 2000 -2010. We filmed about 50 episodes and then they cycled them around. In this episode I am in the front row far left in a pink top and black pants in pigtails. It was a really fun show to work on cause Steve and everyone else from the yoga “students” to production crew, to director were fun and Nice! Good people. Good Experience.

Driving a lot? Sitting a lot? Standing too much? This is my go to 30 min. yoga practice when I need to unwind, release, and relax my back and don’t have time or space for a full yoga practice. Note: This practice is for people whose back is just tense or sore from daily activities or lack of activity. For those with a specific injury, disc problems, or chronic pain, this online practice is not suitable for you. I recommend finding an experienced in person yoga teacher who can work with you within the guidelines of your medical practitioners.
