Last week, Lauren Arborio Co-Founder of Connections in Recovery stopped by the Studio at Indigo Ranch.

Lauren brings an impressive 16 years of experience as a substance use disorder counselor to her practice, cultivated through rigorous training at UCLA and ongoing collaboration with leading specialists in addiction recovery, psychiatry, and pain management.
