and in the end, revealed even more beauty than I could have imagined.

At this point in my journey, I choose to be unapologetically myself.

✨ My heart is full of gratitude ♥️

After a full sabbatical year and plus, I’ll be coming back home from taking my daughter to college, and from touring with the to offer a series of meditations and will be taking 5 clients for one on one work, before i get to go for a month to the forest in October.

For those of you that don’t know me, I’ve been a life long student of the healing arts and spiritual teachings. For over 30 years offering healing, teachings, meditations, rituals, ceremonies, plants, mandalas, sounds and more as ways to help ease the pain as well as to help transform lives to a better version of themselves. As I share my here gifts and tools, i also heal and transform.

I am grateful to our Divine Creator for all the blessings and all the teachers along my path, and for all of you that make of me who I am today…

Tokyo was a yin and yang of quiet and intense, peaceful and crowded, big skyscrapers and small shrines, no trash on the floor (how is that even possible with over 30m people in a city crowded with tourists?), wishful walks, prayers almost every corner, tons of fish, little understanding to none of the language, profound expressions, too many tourist photographing the sacred. Like the strings of a guitar, tensing in both sides. It felt like going to the most crowded day of an amusement park, with coins always ringing prayers in the background of a Buddhist blessing… i am grateful for all my good omen wishes and oracles, for the Japanese style of smudging, for the Sakura (cherry blossoms 🌸) snow, for a beautiful time with the family … really pondering about the nowadays fast paced and crowded tourism, Kyoto is next …

Just coming back from the Yawanawa Forest, where i always leave my heart hanging in the samauma tree, the tallest of the forest, flowing with the Rio Gregorio, who waters are the speedway to the land of the most beautiful ones, singing with loud voices that touch the sky and beyond… my heart stays there pulsating with the Yawas… once you meet them , and indeleble mark is left in your soul. The powerful yet simple, and yet profound teachings of community, of joy, of love, of forgiveness reverberate in my soul. I never want to leave and i always count the days to my return.

Thanks to for your trust in me as a facilitator: i have so much love and gratitude for you. Thanks Nawashahu and . Thanks and .yawanawa and all of you that welcome us with your powerful and loving hearts.

I just traveled to the heart of the Amazon, where the Yawanawa people live along the banks of the Gregório River. Stepping off the boat into the rainforest, I felt the outside world recede, replaced by the rich symphony of nature. With our group of fellow seekers, we entered Yawanawa territory, where time seems suspended and every moment is a profound connection to the ancient forest.

The Yawanawa greeted us with genuine warmth and joy. Their dances and songs, deeply intertwined with the rhythms of the forest, welcomed us into their world. Deepening ourselves into their land, we were captivated by its beauty and the Yawanawa’s deep spiritual connection to it. Each day felt like a soulful journey, as we became fully immersed in their culture and the rainforest’s serenity.

In the coming posts, I’ll share more about our experiences and the profound connections we made with the Yawanawas and their land. I hope these stories inspire you to join us on our next expedition, to experience the magic and tranquility of the Amazon for yourself.

During the rubber boom of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, the Yawanawa faced forced labor under harsh conditions imposed by rubber barons. They resisted these injustices but later encountered damaging pressure from missionaries attempting to change their traditional ways. Despite this, thanks to great leadership, the Yawanawa have managed to preserve their cultural practices and autonomy.

Today, the Yawanawa are dedicated to protecting their language, cultural heritage, and land from external threats, demonstrating resilience in maintaining their community and environment.

The Yawanawa, indigenous to Acre in the Brazilian Amazon, live mainly along the Gregório River, a tributary of the Tarauacá River in Acre, Brazil. With a population of about 1,300, they are spread across several villages in their traditional territory.

Their remote location in the Amazon makes reaching them difficult, typically requiring river travel and overland journeys by small boats and rough roads. Depending on when you are it could take you up to even 4 days to reach them.

They are dedicated to preserving their language and environment. Their language, part of the Panoan family, is crucial to their cultural identity. They live closely tied to the rainforest which sustains them through agriculture, hunting, and fishing. Facing threats from deforestation and climate change, they actively protect their land and collaborate with other groups and organizations to advocate for their rights. These efforts help maintain their traditional practices and cultural heritage for future generations.

Happy Beltane. May 1st. This is the mid point between Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice. The peak of spring. As the Earth is bursting with life and growth, the e are in an very delicate moment in humanity, one that needs a very strong prayer for love, healing, compassion, harmony, and respect of all life.

Today is also the last day i offer meditation at my studio Journey, as i will be closing the doors of the studio, to open space for new adventures and services. This has been a birthing process and it is not one that has been easy to ponder on. But the winds of change are strong and i have a deep sense of trust in my instinct and intuition.

I will develop more on this later, for now i want to thank each and everyone of you that have accompanied me in this beautiful and powerful ride.

Journey has been a temple for me and for many, prayers and intention have been planted with smiles and laughter as well as with tears. This has been a chapter of great growth, and the closing of these walls only mean greater horizons because now we take this energy as compost for the new plants to grow.

With my hands on my heart, and with the voice of my soul:
