.yoga has now been open for over two months! Wow. What an epic journey so far. Although our business is still just a baby, we are already in awe of the caliber of humans magnetized to our new sanctuary space.

Our community is growing day by day, guided by our heart-led teachers and facilitators who have become family!
If you are looking for an inclusive, judgement-free space to gather in aligned community — welcome home.

The word “Yoga” means “union” or “oneness.”
And “Veritas” is Latin for TRUTH.

So come as you are, in your own Truth.

A Tea Ceremony unfolds as a sanctuary. A space where time slows to a whisper, and together we mindfully tune into ourselves, allowing the spirit of tea to move through us.

In a guided tea ceremony ~ we sit in a receptive state and take the world in, bowl by bowl. The ritual of tea is a beautiful way to connect with the spirit of the plants and your inner world.

Enjoy this organic, caffeinated beverage to start your day!

This dynamic duo has been creating and performing transformative soundscapes together for over seven years. Their exceptional talent and captivating performances have taken them across the United States, where they have been invited to share their musical gifts with diverse audiences, offering a unique blend of relaxation and rejuvenation through sound, groove and melody. 

Shere is a versatile multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, and performer. Raised in the vibrant artistic community of Venice, CA, he grew up amidst a free-jazz musicians' collective, surrounded by legends of jazz and funk. Renowned for his dynamic guitar solos and eclectic compositions, Shere now shares his musical gifts through both teaching and captivating performances in Los Angeles. Follow him at .

Zeraphina Quenby is a captivating harpist and performer who enchants audiences with her imaginative songs and lyrics. As a certified Vinyasa and Yin yoga instructor, she uniquely incorporates her harp into every class, creating a harmonious and meditative experience. Pamela Conley Ulich, Esquire, is a Yoga, mindfulness, and wellness lifestyle expert and believer in the sacred power of Yoga to heal.  

Pamela began her yoga journey and experienced the power of Hot Yoga to heal after she suffered a miscarriage. Pamela can attest to the power of Yoga to literally save lives, having experienced a near-death fall and credits her inversion practice for protecting her neck and allowing her to not only survive, but thrive.  In addition to her RYT200 and RYT300 teaching training programs, Pamela also completed her “Hot Power Fusion” 200-hour teacher training program at CorePower Yoga.

The ritual of tea is a beautiful way to connect with the plants, yourself, and spirit.

Participants will sit in the presence of medicinal plants and engage with their senses. While sipping on 3 different herbal teas, you will learn about the powerful effects the plants have on your mind, body, & spirit. After being guided & educated you will create your own tea blends to enjoy in the comfort of your home. Guests will leave feeling nourished, informed, & connected more to themself &/or Nature.

Huge thank you to Chris Tai for leading the first of many more breathwork workshops at Veritas Yoga!

What a gift to come together, in devotion, to breathe into Truth and experience home right inside of us. Still in awe of the inspiring co-creation that unfolded Saturday!

If you missed it don’t worry ! Chris will be teaching here EVERY Wednesday at 5:00 pm :)
