Revitalizing Minds Project’s mission is to enhance the lives of individuals who may be facing difficulties in life and difficulties with managing their overall wellness through the use of the creative arts therapies along with traditional therapies. Blending conventional and alternative approaches, we draw a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. Wellness includes mental health, physical health, nutrition, and being provided with a communal support system. At RM Project we work with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve those life goals.

A safe space to feel seen, supported, and steady 🤍

This weekly online support group is for first responder spouses and mothers who are craving real connection, nervous-system support, and community that gets the fire family life and culture.

🔥 Who it’s for:
• Wives/partners of firefighters & first responders (All departments welcome)
• New & postpartum fire moms
• Fire wives beginning their journey into motherhood

🧠 What we explore together:
• Fire family rhythms & “solo-parenting” cycles
• Somatic + nervous system regulation
• Postpartum transitions
• Communication during long shifts
• Burnout, resentment & emotional overload
• Rebuilding connection & identity
