🌟 Citizen Advocates was proud to support the 2025 North Country Leadership Summit in beautiful Lake Placid this week — a dynamic collaboration between Adirondack Health Institute (AHI) and the North Country Telehealth Partnership, a joint effort of AHI and Fort Drum Regional Health Planning Organization (FDRHPO).

From telehealth innovations to population health strategies, the summit sparked meaningful conversations about bridging gaps in care across Upstate New York. 🙌
