Stop apologizing for existing. 🌿✨
Your voice matters. Your needs matter. Your boundaries are not up for debate.
You don’t need to shrink yourself to be accepted—when you rise to your full self, the right people and the right spaces will rise with you. 💫
Take up the space that was always yours.

A circle of kindred souls may be the most powerful force we know.
If you have one, cherish it. If you long for one, seek it.
If you discover one, step fully in. Hold on. Pour your love into it.
Come as you are—unmasked, unguarded.
Allow yourself to be seen, to be held.
Let your tears soften the ground, and your laughter lift the sky.
Rise fierce. Love tender.
You will be transformed.
The very fabric of your being shifts in the presence of true connection—
if you allow it.
Please, beloved one, allow it.

BE YOGA is a quaint little studio located on the Little Salmon River in the Foothills of the Adirondacks of Northern New York
Owner and Director, Cheley Frazier, student of Saraswati Om of Dharma Yoga Syracuse and Registered Dharma Yoga teacher, has been practicing yoga since the late 1990’s but a more constant practice in these last few years, and her yoga practice has helped her grow stronger and fearless, both on and off the mat.
“I will always be a student of the practice and it is with deep gratitude that I am able to continue to study with my teacher and share the knowledge she has shared with me.
I seek to help others thrive in live by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and deepen their practice and become more alive. It is my hope is that you step off the mat feeling relaxed, nourished and find balance.
”Living in Dharma means living ones' true purpose and personality, and expressing it in the world. By living quietly in fear, limitation, or otherwise, we are denying the world our one-of-a-kind gifts. Living from the ego denies the full expression of our talents for the benefit of others. The purpose of Dharma is to allow the everyone in the world to evolve to their full potential. “
My dharma is to bring healing to the heart, mend and make self esteem better , raise the vibration of the soul, showing others it is okay to live perfectly imperfectly, and bring awareness that yoga is for every BODY.”
