Many of you are going to be finding that you just can’t and won’t ‘do’ overload anymore - perhaps you are the kind of person who used to do too much, crammed too much in or tried to take on more than you are really capable of. You will start to notice that saying “No” to being overloaded or overstimulated is becoming a natural rhythm for you. And when we enter into this phase and we say, “No”, we actually do start to live at Higher or ‘Magical’ Frequencies.

Let Go of Sleep Pressure

Sometimes the pressure to fall asleep makes things worse.

The more we worry about not sleeping, the more awake we feel.

It’s okay to change the narrative—bedtime doesn’t have to be a battle.

Focus on rest rather than perfect sleep.

Even lying down with your eyes closed, listening to something soothing, or simply breathing deeply can help your body recharge.

Be kind to yourself. Sleep is not always simple, especially in a neurodivergent world.
