Love offering personal training services for Functional Fitness to help clients achieve their mobility and strength goals. Received this recent review which meant the world to me! Looking to improve your mobility and strength using functional fitness please feel free to contact me at balancedstrides@gmail.com

“I have been working with Stacey for about a year, after surgery to repair a torn hip labrum. Stacey has a keen eye for functional movement patterns, and has been able to help me improve multiple compensations I have developed while ignoring an injury for many years. My running has improved tremendously, my pain levels are nearly non existent and she’s taught me how to correct my form and think about my movement patterns to correct minor issues before they become big ones.
I love that I can work with Stacey at Balanced Strides as needed to keep learning how to make improvements for myself as my fitness program increases, changes and progresses”

Balanced Strides received such amazing feedback after the last give away sessions I am doing it again! The feedback helped me improve the SLS progam tremendously so I'm looking forward to more constructive critism and general responses!! Balanced Strides is giving away three more SLS sessions! The Stabilize Lengthen Strengthen sessions are 45-60 minute appointments geared towards runners or athletes whose sport requires running. The sessions use instrumented soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) as well as specialized movements to promote symmetry in the body which will provide a more efficient balanced running stride to improve performance. To enter to win one of these sessions just like this post and your name will automatically be entered in the drawing. Winners will be picked at random on 1/29/17 and will be required to fill out a short survey after their appointment to provide feedback about the program. Good Luck to all entrants!!!

Performed a running assessment on a female runner with chronic foot pain today and boy was her right foot locked up and rigid!! Assessment revealed tightness in her spine and right hip as well as altered muscle sequencing all contributing to faulty landing on her right foot.
