Attention Runners
Looking to increase strength, improve running form and gain power to increase speed? Are you prone to chronic injuries and looking to improve your overall running musculoskeletal health?
Balanced Strides is hosting a Running Workshop to address these topics. This 4 hour workshop will teach you mobility drills to increase range of motion in key areas of the body running requires, a strengthening program specifically designed for runners, drills to improve power and speed, and running form tips to enhance your form and prevent injury.

Price:$99.00 which includes all workshop materials
Workshops are limited to 8 participants each date. Participants must bring a foam roller, mat and wear appropriate gym attire. All running levels welcome from novice to competitive. Light refreshments will be served.
