Very excited for this addition to the gym! This leg extension/ leg curl combination from is a great piece and is as smooth as they claim. We can’t wait to keep the legs gains going with this new machine!

We’re very excited to add this new hip extension machine to our growing lower body section. This will allow us to more safely load a great glute exercise with ease. Who’s ready to build their legs with us?!

🏋️‍♂️ We are excited to announce our new “Small Group Training” availability with Coach Kayla starting for Fall! Beginning 10/4 we will be offering the chance to train in the studio with a team of others who have similar goals! These groups will be limited to just 8 participants so you can experience the energy and motivation a group brings, while also getting the benefits of personal coaching with a reasonable class size. These classes will focus building strength, working on conditioning, and gaining overall comfort across different training modalities. Times are limited to start but we will add more as we build them up. First class is free and then $25 for a drop in after that or $160 for an 8 pack(more options to come).

We are excited to officially welcome Kayla O’connor to the DRF coaching team! Kayla’s passion for all things health and fitness stem from her own journey in the gym. From traditional lifting techniques with barbells and dumbbells to packed fitness classes with minimal equipment and high heart rates and everything in between, she has done it all and uses those experiences to craft her own style of exciting training! Kayla understands the challenges that come along with pushing yourself in fitness and what it really takes to make progress. Her high energy and practical approach make her an excellent trainer and such a great addition to the team! Coach Kayla will be taking on 1:1 clients and opening a schedule for “small group” training to be announced very soon!
