The devastating ice storm of January 2024 has weighed heavily on us for over a year and a half. I’ll never forget the call from Reginald Patton, informing me that water was rushing from beneath the front door. Upon arrival, we discovered a burst pipe on the second floor. I immediately contacted our insurance company, who assured me that we were covered and provided a list of recommended vendors to assist with the damage.

Unfortunately, after the vendors came in and dismantled much of our facility, the insurance company later denied our claim. The heartbreak and pain from that moment felt as profound as experiencing a personal loss.

Through it all, I want to sincerely thank every family who continued to place their trust in us, even when we had to utilize an alternate venue. Your support gave us the strength to persevere during one of the most challenging times in our history.

Today, we are proud to announce that in just a few weeks, we will break ground on our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility.

While this process is underway, our office hours will be limited, but please know—we are always just a phone call away.
