it’s got to go.
No debate. No exit interview. Period.

I’m done confusing anxiety with excitement
and chaos with passion.
If it requires me to over-explain, over-function, or overthink,
congratulations—you’ve officially been cut from the itinerary. ✈️

2026 is the year I stop lighting myself on fire
to keep situations, people, and expectations warm.
My peace is not negotiable.
My nervous system is not a group project.
And my mental health does not need character development anymore.

I’m choosing what feels expansive, not exhausting.
What feels aligned, not urgent.
What feels like a full-body yes, not a trauma response in disguise.

Sagittarius lesson learned:
Freedom isn’t running away—
it’s finally knowing what not to carry.

So if it disrupts my joy, drains my energy,
or makes me question my worth…

Bitter Truth:

Many people wait for the perfect moment to start living— the moment they feel confident, healed, happy, or “ready.”
But the bitter truth is that this moment rarely arrives on its own.
Life doesn’t pause while you fix yourself.

If you keep waiting to feel better,
you may spend your whole life waiting.
Growth doesn’t always come before action—
sometimes you have to move while you’re hurting, show up while you’re scared, and take steps while you’re uncertain.

Healing isn’t something that magically happens first.
Often, it’s the experience itself— the trying, the moving, the living.. that creates the healing.

The journey is what teaches you strength,
and the act of showing up is what makes you whole again.

So go live your life.
Do it sad. Do it anxious. Do it unsure.

Just don’t stop living.
Because sometimes the only way forward
is to walk before you feel ready... 🌿
