Life has looked a lot different lately. Losses, pressure, changes at home, uncertainty, trying to stay strong mentally while still showing up for my family and myself. There’s been days I didn’t feel motivated at all… but I’m learning back to my 110lb. weight loss journey days that discipline has to carry you when motivation disappears. The gym has become more than fitness for me…it’s therapy, structure, faith, and a reminder that tough seasons don’t last forever. One rep, one day, one step at a time. We keep moving💪🏼🔥

Watching you step so beautifully into motherhood and love Mae the way you do has expanded my heart in ways I never imagined.
