Dr. Elizabeth Carter is the president and owner of Restorative Health Center (previously Primary Chiropractic Center). With 18 years of combined experience in Thermography, Chiropractic, Nutrition, Wiley Protocol with BioIdentical Hormones, BX Protocol, Pediatrics and Pregnancy. This Health Center is a place for education, healing and health.
