Poor posture will lead to neck, mid-back and low back pain.
Keep your ears over your shoulder and your shoulders over your hips.

From the moment I spoke on the phone with the secretary to meeting Jeff and his professional staff, I knew I was in the best place for therapy. Along with the professionalism, there was a great atmosphere of humor and a sense of belonging to a family. Compassionate care is felt and a flexible schedule is never a problem. I just completed physical therapy on my shoulder for a tear in my rotator cuff. Jeff Ch***pa made therapy fun and relaxing. He is very community oriented and has outstanding relationships with his clients. The rehab center is very clean and well equipped. Jeff takes time to listen to his clients concerns and is very knowledgeable about what therapy each injury needs, making sure each client is comfortable with the exercise or therapy they are doing. He explains everything step by step but allows clients to work independently if they prefer as well. His team is very helpful and works hard to disinfect and clean everything in between clients. Amy at the front desk is a huge help with scheduling and billing and has a very friendly personality - which contributes to the welcoming atmosphere of the entire staff. I would highly recommend for anyone needing physical therapy.
