💙 Wellness looks a little different for everyone, and that’s exactly the point of .
This week at Echo Lake, our residents and staff members fueled their bodies with a delicious yogurt parfait bar as part of our Nourish pillar, while our Gratitude Wall gave everyone a chance to slow down, reflect, and share what they’re thankful for through our Mindful pillar.
It’s been beautiful watching residents and team members encourage one another, connect, and embrace wellness in ways that feel meaningful to them. Small moments really do add up. ✨

Last week, we had so much fun celebrating Bring Your Child to Work Day at our community!

We welcomed 16 wonderful kids who jumped right in to lend a helping hand and spread joy throughout the day. From assisting in the dining room to joining exercise class, helping with manicures, and participating in many other fun-filled activities with our residents, their energy and smiles made the day extra special.

A highlight of the day was meeting Duckie, our adorable pet therapy skunk, who stole the show and brought plenty of smiles and laughter to everyone she met!

It was a beautiful opportunity to connect generations, create meaningful moments, and make lasting memories together. Thank you to all who participated in such a heartwarming day!

In honor of Earth Day, our community came together for a meaningful Trail Clean-Up Day!

Residents and associates worked side by side to clear and refresh the walking trail leading from our community into Cedar Hollow Preserve. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect, give back to nature, and make a positive impact—one step at a time.
