Not extreme.
Not perfect.
Not overnight.
Just better than yesterday.
One session at a time.
One sweat at a time.
One intentional hour for yourself.
Sometimes “getting better” looks like showing up, sitting in the heat, clearing your mind, and letting your body do what it’s built to do.
Consistency > motivation.
Progress > perfection.
Just get better
