Puppy Yoga Love!
What a beautiful afternoon this past Sunday, March 8th! Our Puppy Yoga event was completely sold out, and together we raised $580 for Pawsitive Possibilities Rescue.

It was so beautiful to witness this in our Beginner’s Yoga Series 💛

Several students shared that when we first began Yin, they felt resistance. Slowing down felt uncomfortable. The stillness felt unfamiliar.

But they stayed. They breathed. They allowed.

And something shifted.

As the practice unfolded, their bodies softened… their minds quieted… and by the time we moved into Restorative, they were able to completely surrender into the poses.

The word they used? Soothing.

Sometimes the practice we resist at first is the exact medicine our nervous system has been craving.
