Breathe moved from Buffalo, NY to Mamaroneck, NY in 2016 and is the only exclusive studio offering certified instruction in GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®. We are currently offering private, semi-private, and group sessions in GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®. This studio is equipped with 4 Cobra/Pulley Tower Units, 2 Leg Extension Units, a Jumping-Stretch Board, an Archway, and a GYROTONER®. We also offer teacher trainings throughout the year from both our Master Trainer on staff and Master Trainers from around the world in GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®

Our Story

Breathe originally was located in the southtowns of Buffalo NY. In April 2016 it moved and reopened in Mamaroneck NY and is a GYROTONIC® exclusive studio.

We are a fully equipped studio featuring three Cobra/Pulley Tower Units and all of the specialized equipment (2 Leg Extension Units, 1 Archway, 1 Jumping Stretch Board, 1 GYROTONER® and 1 Ladder). Breathe provides certified instruction in GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®.

We are currently offering private & group sessions in GYROTONIC® and group classes in GYROKINESIS®. We also offer GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Teacher Trainer Programs.
