I graduated with my Bachelors in Psychology, Pre Occupational Therapy from Sacred Heart University in 2010. During the years of working with a population where mobility was limited, I became fascinated with the human body and decided to study massage. I graduated from Finger Lakes School of Massage and began working in a chiropractor’s office; chiropractic and massage work extremely well together, manipulating both soft tissue and bone. Prior to an adjustment massage assists in relieving tight and tense muscles while elongating them allowing for a more effective and easier adjustment. Post chiropractic work, a massage helps retrain the muscles to their new posture and assists in holding this position longer. Massage is also tremendously beneficial for after a workout, relaxing the muscles and tendons facilitating the speed of muscle recovery, increasing flexibility and range of motion allowing your body to release the tension caused by physical and mental stress. I specialize in Deep Tissue and Sports Massage while performing many other modalities such as Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Pre-natal, Cancer and Hot Stone. I am passionate about bodywork and the wonderful effects it has on our bodies and I look forward to designing a personal and customized session to benefit the needs of each client.

We have been closed since March and are extremely excited to announce that we will begin taking clients the week of July 5, 2020. There are many new protocols that we must follow from the CDC, and are happy to do so. We always maintained a clean and disinfected space, and now we have added extra steps to remain completely sanitized and safe.

A COVID Questionnaire and Consent form must be completed and signed prior to scheduled appointment.
Please arrive wearing a mask and know it is required to be worn throughout your session.
At arrival your temperature will be taken with a touch less thermometer, if above 100degrees session must be rescheduled.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
