For Long Covid, Long Hauler sufferers, read this.
A long Covid illnesses is what’s called a diagnosis of exclusion as there is no test currently available test to detect an illness related to having been infected by the Covid virus or a Covid vaccine. A diagnosis of exclusion means your Dr has ruled out every other illness we can currently test for regarding symptoms that started in you after being infected with the Covid virus or receiving a Covid vaccine.
Those suffering from long Covid symptoms should request their physician to check them for inflammatory markers (ESR, CRP) as the Covid virus attacks by creating an abnormal amount of inflammation that, perhaps, if not treated with anti-inflammatories may be, after the initial attack, lying dormant within one’s body, later producing symptoms, such as we see with shingles; an illness resulting from having been infected with the chickenpox virus at an earlier date. The medical community has to push for more research & studies such as was done by the Pham companies to produce vaccines,reportedly motivated by the tremendous profit pharma companies made from producing vaccines, many of which at first were approved by the FDA without undergoing traditional safety testing. The CDC should mandate that pharm companies Invest in studies & research with regards to long Covid sufferers.
Unfortunately, our healthcare system has become motivated by profit, with large corporations now controlling the majority of our healthcare in the U.S.. with Little effort being put into long Covid symptom research. But in the meantime, if you feel you are suffering from chronic symptoms you believed to be related to Covid, ask your doctor to check you for these inflammatory markers & discuss prescribing a safe inexpensive,but strong enough, and anti-inflammatory. Listing and thanking everyone who made the annual Christmas party on the streets outside of my office a success again this year.
At this year‘s Christmas party outside of my office we gave a large garbage bag full of new toys to hundreds of children some of whom stood outside my office with their families for six hours waiting for the party to begin. There are countless people to thank including those who mailed toys to my office anonymously from the over 50,000 social media followers I’ve gathered in addition to so manymany of my patients.
Nancy put a list together of people who made this body a success many of whom throughout Westchester County and elsewhere have contributed to this party for many years. And I thank you all and apologize for those left out as there are way too many of you all to thank. I always say that I deserve the least credit for making this party such a success every year. It’s those listed here. Individuals and organizations, again too many to mention, who deserve all the credit and thanks for making Christmas special for families and children in need each year.

The Covid virus is still circulating, less contagious and very treatable as I’ve stated from beginning. The variants now appear to be leaving many with a chronic cough when left untreated.
As I’ve written, the medical community & CDC are finally recognizing the value of using steroids to treat COVID-19 & other viruses, the use of which at the start of the pandemic was not recognized.

Stated with sincere intentions to de-escalate tensions and help prevent additional confrontations between ICE Agents, Immigrants & protesters I’m doing the following, which, I hope,will help somewhat in New York.
I’m both a USCIS civil surgeon trained to examine and approve applicants for citizenship, as well as bien,a Police Surgeon & Emergency Task Force First Responfer, trained to protect the health of the Public, during emergency, such as Terrorist Attacks & National Disasters. I’m also protecting the health of the Public when examining applicants for citizenship making sure that they are in good health, and free of communicable, disease and up-to-date with the vaccinations.
So with that being said, to help de-escalate, as stated, anybody applying for citizenship, who I approve, I’m giving them a letter to carry with them at all, times along with photo ID,stating that they are going through the process, “legally” of obtaining US citizenship. This should help both ICE Agents, and those who are not yet US citizens but are presently going through the process, legally of obtaining their citizenship.

The atrocious behavior of those running our healthcare system could not be more evident by censoring doctors during the COVID-19 pandemic and our healthcare influencers giving out the wrong advice about treating Covid-19 infections especially the advice given not to use prednisone that now turns out admittedly to be wrong (All explained in this article below if anybody cares to read it. Prednisone has been approved to treat, most notably stated, even the severest of COVID-19 infections.
YES Prednisone (steroids) are finally being recognized as being valuable to treat even the most serious cases of COVID-19 infections, even valuable in treating Covid pneumonias amongst other viral pneumonias including Mycoplasma Pneumonia.
I don’t understand why more doctors don’t speak up like I do. It’s our responsibility to make sure that we do everything possible in accordance with the hypocrratic oath to safeguard your health.
i’ll keep doing what I do, regardless of the threats and retaliation I’ve been the recipient of by those who don’t like what I report. If you read this article I recently wrote on LinkedIn, a free networking website, you’ll see that persistingin contacting our healthcare influences about the value of using prednisone to treat respiratory illnesses paid off. During the pandemic I, always stated whenever I wrote anything about treating Covid. Patients - “This is just opinion”publishing how I treated my Covid infected patients successfully, using prednisone, saving lives, paying no attention to all warnings against prescribing it. I wasn’t influenced by anybody telling me how to treat my patients having recognized this new virus before the CDC

's presence made sure that everyone was kept safe. Merry Christmas, everyone from Dr. Maloney and all of his volunteers with a big thank you to all who mailed in and dropped off so many gifts to Dr. Maloney‘s office for him to give out.

Choosing to become a doctor is choosing to dedicate yourself to those whose health we swear to protect and safeguard; health being our most valuable asset, without which all else is meaningless. DEC 18th at 7PM 2025 TOYS for KIDs this year at Dr M's Office
Green card Immigration application Form I-693 AND APPEAL PROCESS FOR ANYONE FEARING DEPORTATION
answering questions we are getting phone calls for about regular green card physicals and those worried about being deported . First- the general application that everybody has to do- a physical exam to protect your health and the health of others. (For anybody worried about being deported there is a special appeals process we explain below)
1-the physical exam; everybody has to do one. The cost is $250 for both children and adults (Cheaper than anywhere else we've seen). We Provide you with two copies of the 14 pages we fill out for you form I-693, one in a sealed envelope that you mail to Immigration services or give to your lawyer if you're using one and a complete copy for you to look at and keep. If you do your Immigration physical now before handing in any paperwork it is good for life. We arrange for you to get any vaccine you need for free
if you have no insurance or if your insurance does not pay for vaccine we also get them no charge to you. Immigration exams are done Monday through Saturday 10 AM to 8 PM no appointment needed just bring photo ID (drivers license or passport for example). We do a required blood test in our office testing for any vaccines needed if you haven't had all the vaccines required. If you have insurance we will give you a receipt to cover all your costs (the blood test and the exam to hand into your insurance company. If you don't have insurance we have an arrangement for you to get a discount on a bill you will later receive from the lab we send your blood to. The general cost is about $100 from the lab but varies depending upon what you need.
We've made arrangements to provide you with the lowest cost for this green card application medical exam.
NOW FOR ANYONE FEARING DEPORTATION. There are many who are living here without any criminal history who are contributing to society who can submit an appeal Requesting permission to remain in the United States and apply for citizenship. After doing a physical exam with us we will Instruct you as to the appeals process.
Dr. Maloney has been an advocate for many individuals especially in the Latino and Hispanic communities who have been at a disadvantage in keeping up with rules and regulations because of language barriers. Our government although done with good intentions, made English as a second language for the Hispanic population amongst others offering English courses as a second language to even adult immigrants. I was Dr. Maloney has written he studied Latin for three years in high school and could never speak even one sentence of it. He also stated that he took three years of Spanish in college and afterwards could only ask "where the library is" "donde esta la biblioteca?", something I'm sure many can relate to.
On the other hand before transferring back to Albert Einstein Medical school for his last two years of medical school, he started medical school in Guadalajara Mexico and was forced to learn Spanish as his primary language there. In Mexico, Spanish was not offered as a second language to Dr. Maloney as he has explained and for that reason he was forced to learn to speak Spanish fluently .
Not doing the same thing here for adults immigrating to the United States has been a mistake, and has caused many to not be able to understand the green card application process, for which there is appeal application. This will be provided to those worried about being deported including a letter of protection to hold stating that you are going through the process of applying for your citizenship legally. this letter given to you had Dr. Maloney's name and phone number on it asking anybody questioning your Legal status to call Dr. Maloney. Dr. Maloney is an advocate for all in this position, all good law abiding residents who have been living here and contributing to society, working raising families educating them etc..
Dr. Maloney has been an advocate for those In need for many years, and has received many awards for doing so including amigo award and the Martin Luther King award. He continues to help those in need.
