Last night‘s Christmas party was a tremendous success was tuns of toys given out to hundreds of children, some who waited online with the families outside Dr. Maloney‘s office for five hours. Most importantly, the and
's presence made sure that everyone was kept safe. Merry Christmas, everyone from Dr. Maloney and all of his volunteers with a big thank you to all who mailed in and dropped off so many gifts to Dr. Maloney‘s office for him to give out.

Choosing to become a doctor is choosing to dedicate yourself to those whose health we swear to protect and safeguard; health being our most valuable asset, without which all else is meaningless. There are still many of us who remain faithful to the promises we all made when we took the Hippocratic Oath.
Dr. M (and PS to those always spreading rumors of me being in trouble, I'm not; these rumors have traditionally come from doctors in my area, some of whom who I've personally told would also have a successful practice if they were to pay attention to their patients instead of me. DEC 18th at 7PM 2025 TOYS for KIDs this year at Dr M's Office
Green card Immigration application Form I-693 AND APPEAL PROCESS FOR ANYONE FEARING DEPORTATION
answering questions we are getting phone calls for about regular green card physicals and those worried about being deported . First- the general application that everybody has to do- a physical exam to protect your health and the health of others. (For anybody worried about being deported there is a special appeals process we explain below)
1-the physical exam; everybody has to do one. The cost is $250 for both children and adults (Cheaper than anywhere else we've seen). We Provide you with two copies of the 14 pages we fill out for you form I-693, one in a sealed envelope that you mail to Immigration services or give to your lawyer if you're using one and a complete copy for you to look at and keep. If you do your Immigration physical now before handing in any paperwork it is good for life. We arrange for you to get any vaccine you need for free
if you have no insurance or if your insurance does not pay for vaccine we also get them no charge to you. Immigration exams are done Monday through Saturday 10 AM to 8 PM no appointment needed just bring photo ID (drivers license or passport for example). We do a required blood test in our office testing for any vaccines needed if you haven't had all the vaccines required. If you have insurance we will give you a receipt to cover all your costs (the blood test and the exam to hand into your insurance company. If you don't have insurance we have an arrangement for you to get a discount on a bill you will later receive from the lab we send your blood to. The general cost is about $100 from the lab but varies depending upon what you need.
We've made arrangements to provide you with the lowest cost for this green card application medical exam.
NOW FOR ANYONE FEARING DEPORTATION. There are many who are living here without any criminal history who are contributing to society who can submit an appeal Requesting permission to remain in the United States and apply for citizenship. After doing a physical exam with us we will Instruct you as to the appeals process.
Dr. Maloney has been an advocate for many individuals especially in the Latino and Hispanic communities who have been at a disadvantage in keeping up with rules and regulations because of language barriers. Our government although done with good intentions, made English as a second language for the Hispanic population amongst others offering English courses as a second language to even adult immigrants. I was Dr. Maloney has written he studied Latin for three years in high school and could never speak even one sentence of it. He also stated that he took three years of Spanish in college and afterwards could only ask "where the library is" "donde esta la biblioteca?", something I'm sure many can relate to.
On the other hand before transferring back to Albert Einstein Medical school for his last two years of medical school, he started medical school in Guadalajara Mexico and was forced to learn Spanish as his primary language there. In Mexico, Spanish was not offered as a second language to Dr. Maloney as he has explained and for that reason he was forced to learn to speak Spanish fluently .
Not doing the same thing here for adults immigrating to the United States has been a mistake, and has caused many to not be able to understand the green card application process, for which there is appeal application. This will be provided to those worried about being deported including a letter of protection to hold stating that you are going through the process of applying for your citizenship legally. this letter given to you had Dr. Maloney's name and phone number on it asking anybody questioning your Legal status to call Dr. Maloney. Dr. Maloney is an advocate for all in this position, all good law abiding residents who have been living here and contributing to society, working raising families educating them etc..
Dr. Maloney has been an advocate for those In need for many years, and has received many awards for doing so including amigo award and the Martin Luther King award. He continues to help those in need.

HAVE A HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE.
Closing at 4 today, and will re-open Monday 8am. So no calls, texts or emails till Monday as we I need this time to prepare for the annual “TOYS for KIDS Christmas Party” December 19th. Let’s all pitch in as always for this Community event, a one of a kind “CHRISTMAS BLOCK PARTY” exemplifying why Mamaroneck is nicknamed “the Friendly Village”.

So many who have celebrated the Holiday Season at this party have said they felt a sense of Joy and Happiness bringing back memories of this time of year remembering it truly being the “Most Wonderful Time of The Year”, something we all have to remind ourselves of today as life has become more hectic. At our TOY for KIDS Christmas Party this year I’m honoring my devoted right hand best friend, office manager/medical assistant Mrs Nancy Fanelli “MS” who we all love and without whom I could not practice. She has been a Saint to us all in many ways, giving up practically all of her free time volunteering & going out of her way not only to help me keep my patients healthy but also supervising so many community outreach programs that she & I have done together for years (notably the volunteer time Nancy puts in on work that enhances the quality of life in our Community like St. Rita’s Free Medical Clinic and this Christmas Party.
And I also honor my other best friend who I miss so much, especially this time of year, Nat Picco the man, GOAT🙏❤️🙏 RIP, I miss you brother. Nat always, like his father before him and now his son, Nat Jr. have always freshly painted and decorated our building for all to enjoy every Christmas. TOYS for KIDS also honors Mrs Vicky Picco & the entire Picco family this year, all of whom are like family to me and for all of us, always doing much more at their own expense for all of us to enjoy especially during the Holiday season each year. All who live in the area have passed my building this time of year so magically light up by Nat Picco. As one of America’s Finest, our Policemen, pointed out to me one year, telling me to turn around as we were directing traffic “Look, Kevin., the building looks like one of the stores you see along 5th Avenue in Manhattan”. Well with Christmas music playing loudly and people walking past the building viewing twelve Santa’s waving from all windows upstairs and down, a forest of Christmas Trees all lit up behind them, the building all dressed up with wreaths and lights lit, my friend, Officer George, was right, it did and does look like a store that belongs along 5th Avenue at Christmas Time largely thanks to the Picco Family.
As we always felt in times past our Police and Firemen who risk their lives every day to keep us safe join us all at this celebration making all feel happy and safe at this “Community Holiday Christmas Street Party” ONE OF A KIND each year. So come all yee who want to experience something happy and joyful this tear, all joined together as one in the spirit of the holidays along with town workers, neighbors. our government workers, schools organizations and often some of our elected and appointed officials, showing all just why we call Mamaroneck, the FRIENDLY VILLAGE, now proudly showing off one of the most beautiful waterfronts you’ve ever seen along the entire East Coast since reconstruction took place this year opening up what I’m sure will put Mamaroneck on the map as one of the most beautiful places to visit and so close
to Manhattan, one of the most beautiful places to live. For opening up that spectacular view as you arrive at the Harbor I’ve decided next year if all agree to return to doing THE TOYS FOR KIDS CHRISTMAS PARTY ON A SATURDAY DURING THE DAYTIME FOR ALL TO ENJOY SEEING THIS GORGEOUS TOWN IN DAYLIGHT. And many more children and families in need are able to make it when I hold this event during the daytime on a weekend rather than during the week. Nay or Yay? Anyway

PRAYERS FOR MY FRIEND Natale Picco, Jr. and his family. I dedicate this years Christmas Party to Nat who prematurely joined the angels this past summer. I miss you, brother and I will always cherish your friendship. Nat, his father before him and now his son Nat Jr. of Picco & sons builders, along with their crew have always been there for me and really for all of us in the area, lighting up Harbor Immediate Medical care like a magical jewel during the Christmas Season “every year” for all to see passing by, now said to be a fixture and symbol of the Christmas Season to the residents of Mamaroneck and nearby towns each year. The Picco’s have gone above and beyond to make our Annual Christmas party something beautiful every year as seen in photos, with google informing us had over a million views this past year. Nat, a best friend that not many are lucky to have, always took care of my office building-painting, the building changing lightbulbs, shoveling snow…caring for the building with pride as if it were his own. Nat, who’s office is a few doors away always told me that this building, site of westchester County‘s annual Christmas party for needy children, is rich in history. Nat would say it’s exterior preserved, the building was once the sight of the original fire house in the area, Nat taking pride in keeping up “her” appearance, as Nat Junior affectionately referred to thid building. Nat Sr. would always say that this building is situated with eye-catching visibility, and that it serves as a representation of the historic beuty of the Village of Mamaroneck and took pride in maintaining it’s apoearance. Nat was proud of the fact that our block lies along the route traveled by the founders of our Country George Washington & his contemporaries who traveled this road when going between New York & Boston. We can all thank Nat Jr. now, for taking over for his dad, decorating the building for this years Christmas Party for needy children at my office. Due to the bridge destruction we decided only to decorate the front of the building this year as bridge construction soon to be compleated has created s mess. BUT WAIT TILL NEXT YESR! Anyway, this year I honor you Nat Sr. For all you did for me & so many others with your generosity throughout your lifetime. You serve ad a role-model for us all.
