We’ll be switching our rosehip foraging workshop to making homemade Apple Cider Vinegar, scheduled for Thursday September 25th at 4pm!

We’ll be using fresh, local apples from our friends at Blue Heron Farms , grown locally in Wilkerson near Bishop.

You’ll learn how to make your own high-quality Apple Cider Vinegar from scratch. Making this yourself with local ingredients results in a more flavorful, far healthier, and more potent product than anything you can buy in a store.
