Doesn’t have to be your feet, you can also ground in water with your hands.
Every time you wash your hands, take a moment to let the water run over your hands and wrists.

Do you know that you're grounded in water? 💦 It's actually an excellent conductor of the earth's electrons!

Fun fact: Saltwater is several hundred times more conductive than freshwater because of its mineral content. So given the choice, go walk on the shoreline of the beach instead of the lake. 🌊🏝️

With the recent closure of Inyo National Forest and strained firefighting resources during these difficult times, we are sad to announce the cancellation of the 2021 Mammoth Gran Fondo. While there are no fires threatening Mammoth Lakes or the surrounding areas at this time, wildfires continue to spread across the west and firefighting resources are extremely limited. Our thoughts are with the firefighters and communities across the west affected by these fires.
