✨Join us for a New Moon Meditation, Reiki Infusion, and Crystal Bowl Sound Bath. ✨

In this workshop, you will be guided through a seated meditation where we will focus on the New Moon. After the meditation, the group will be provided with pen and paper to write out an intention of something they would like to bring into their lives. You can take the paper home and leave it someplace you can see it throughout the next couple weeks. Once our intentions have been placed on paper, the crystal bowl sound bath will begin.

Through the process of meditation and crystal bowls, each person will receive Reiki in a group setting. Reiki works to restore the body, mind, and spirit to balance.

You will be experiencing the synergistic effect of having two practitioners throughout one event!

Energetic Exchange: $45

Items to bring:
✨ Pillow or eye mask for added comfort
✨ Water

Space is limited, so registration is required.

You can take the paper home or leave it with us to be burned as a way to complete the release. Once our intentions have been placed on paper, the crystal bowl sound bath will begin.

Through the process of meditation and crystal bowls, each person will receive Reiki in a group setting. Reiki works to restore the body, mind, and spirit to balance, assisting the release.

You will be experiencing the synergistic effect of having two practitioners throughout one event!

Usui Reiki Ryoho 2 Practitioner Class

April 12&19, 9:00-approximately 3pm (must attend both days)

The completion of Level 2 Reiki Practitioner Training creates a practitioner with the knowledge and ability to perform professional Reiki Treatments and expands and strengthens the channel of Reiki within the practitioner.

In this class, the Level 2 Reiki Practitioner will receive a manual, as well as:
-3 reiju (attunement),
-Learn 3 Reiki symbols, along with their mantras and chanting,
-Learn how to perform Distance Healing,
-Learn how to perform a basic table session and chair session for in-person sessions,
-Practice on others in-person, and
-Meditations.

There will be additional practice hours required to complete the Reiki 2 Certification.

The location of the class is: 1156 Beacon Avenue, Manahawkin, NJ.

Meditation is a practice. When practiced regularly, it fosters the ability to be present throughout the day. By practicing bringing the mind back to this moment, it reduces living in worry over the future and regret or anger over the past.

This event will include tips on how to have a successful meditation practice followed by a guided meditation where you can practice those suggestions. After the meditation practice, there will be a crystal bowl sound bath, along with other sound healing instruments through the meditation.

Sound healing has been used for thousands of years to reset the body and mind to a state of harmony through the vibrations of crystal quartz reverberating throughout the body, allowing release and renewal.

This event welcomes beginners as well as seasoned meditators!

What I once believed would be an “I tried it and it didn’t help” experience turned into an amazing life. Since Reiki came into my life 15 years ago, so many things have drastically changed. These changes have brought physical pain relief, release of emotional pain, grief, and fear, freedom to find and become the best version of myself (still a work in progress), my children, my clients, my students, the community we have built and so much more! I wanted complete relief after the first session (as one does who has been in pain for so long), but I’m glad my husband saw some relief in me and my spirit and encouraged me to continue. Each person’s path is different. I always encourage a few sessions to truly see the possibilities that exist through consistent Reiki. Some people feel more comfortable easing in and others want to jump right in. If you’re on the fence, I would suggest reaching out to see what works best for you! Reiki has been transformational in my life and I credit Reiki with the ability to continue on with a lighter heart in the most challenging times in my life. Even after all these years, self-Reiki throughout each day and consistent exchanges with another Reiki Master have given me the opportunity for a life beyond the dreams I had pre-Reiki. Reiki has also become something that my children know and rely on when they are sick or injured. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a part of the center and trusting me to share Reiki with all of you ✨🙏🏼🩷
