A shout out from my dear lymph friend 😍🥰
Wanted to share some solutions for those seeking alternatives to cosmetic injections. I do (almost) all of these myself as part of my skincare routine, and my skin looks better than it did 10 years ago.
Manual lymphatic drainage- I move my lymph every day but 1x weekly I’ll focus solely on my face. 10 minutes.
Facial cupping- So fun, so easy, and this sh*t works. I hit my fine lines and wrinkles 1-3x weekly as needed. Follow for tips!
Gua Sha- Gua Sha is so cool. It specifically addresses the fascia to optimize drainage. Follow my friend for all things GUA! 💥
Face Tape- Not my fave but it works so I thought I’d add it. Follow for all things tape.
Light therapy- A new addition for me! Not sure how often I’ll do it. Daily maybe? Even just for a few minutes. The is next-level.
Face Massage- Facial massage was never something I did until I learned about the lymphatic system. It’s proven to be a game changer for me. Follow , she’s got you.
Hyaluronic Acid- Controversial? Can’t win ‘em all— it’s really working for me. HYDROBOOST
Lifestyle- I try to prioritize sleep, food/minerals, movement, hydration, and nature (aka: the pillars of health) and I’m shining from the inside out.
Face Yoga- I’m still figuring out how to integrate this one but I know it works. Figured I’d add it. The muscles of the face weaken/tighten just like any other muscles in the body…why wouldn’t we stretch and tone our face?
