In the United States, 70% of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests occur at home. Learning CPR can safeguard your loved ones, as survival rates significantly improve with the application of CPR and AED. Each minute without CPR and defibrillation decreases the chances of survival by up to 10%.

On Restart A Heart Day, we encourage you to learn CPR and familiarize yourself with AED usage.
