Today i had the pleasure of assisting a client in transformation on a personal Beach Retreat Day. It was the perfect weather and the day was magical. We cleared things of the past she never expected and found a new sense of freedom and confidence she's embraced. One day CAN make all the difference! WELL SUMMER IS OFFICIALLY OVER, BUT WE ARE IN THAT TRANSITION TIME This is my favorite time of year because it's time for apple picking and making apple pies! We move from harvest to dormancy. It reminds us that we too have seasons of change. The season of fall shows us that even in change, we can be beautiful. We must learn to love ourselves more and see that everyone is on a trajectory of change and deserves to be loved. To hold one in compassion without judgment is the highest form of love.

Ever have an animal or insect cross your path too many times in the strangest places to ignore it as a sign? This month's crossing for me is the ANT. Everywhere I look are these big black ants. This one is taking a nap on my water glass. ANT teaches success comes with persistence and how to work in community to accomplish a goal. It is a teacher of how to be the architect of your life and build structures that sustain your vision. Yes, it resonates with me right now, so it appears to be a sign!
