Something magical happens when you connect with others in a meaningful way. This lovely lady, Diane Spellman Grimes joined me at the last minute at this charity event as my +1. I was glad to bring her some joy and have a "date" while celebrating the work of an I Matter graduate. It was a beautiful night and a meant to be moment!

Today i had the pleasure of assisting a client in transformation on a personal Beach Retreat Day. It was the perfect weather and the day was magical. We cleared things of the past she never expected and found a new sense of freedom and confidence she's embraced. One day CAN make all the difference! WELL SUMMER IS OFFICIALLY OVER, BUT WE ARE IN THAT TRANSITION TIME This is my favorite time of year because it's time for apple picking and making apple pies! We move from harvest to dormancy. It reminds us that we too have seasons of change. The season of fall shows us that even in change, we can be beautiful. We must learn to love ourselves more and see that everyone is on a trajectory of change and deserves to be loved. To hold one in compassion without judgment is the highest form of love.
