We lost our dear friend Pat today.

For more than a decade she has been a steady presence of smiles laughter and warm hugs. Pat had a way of making people feel seen welcomed and at ease simply by being herself.

Ram Dass said “We’re all just walking each other home.”
Today it feels like Pat has arrived home.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered

We’re proud to offer our Youth Meditation Program, a five-week series designed to support focus, awareness, and emotional regulation for ages 11–16.

Tuesdays from 4:00–5:00pm
Beginning January 20th
