A family wanted their loved one's final ride to be extraordinary. Mark DeMeno/ Location Manager contacted a Motorcycle Hearse Co. to transport the decedent to his final resting place at the Veteran Cemetery. The decedent was an avid rider and belong to a couple of Motorcycle Clubs. Couldn't ask for a finer tribute!

Thos L. Shinn Funeral Home and Tears Foundation invite you to a special night of Remembrance. On Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at 6:00pm we will be hosting a memorial service for the "Angels" who left us to soon. A candlelight vigil will be held by the monument as the names of the babies are announced.At the conclusion, we will cross over to the Manahawkin Lake to place flowers in the lake in memory of the babies.
Light refreshments will be served.

Service Corporation International (SCI) and its major brand, Dignity Memorial®, the nation’s largest provider of funeral, cemetery and cremation services, pledged its support to veteran and active duty military member employees by joining the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Statement of Support Program Thursday. In a ceremony held at SCI’s corporate office, representatives from the Department of Defense and SALUTE, SCI’s veteran associate resource community, were all in attendance at the signing of the Statement of Support, which was signed by Tom Ryan, chairman and chief executive officer of SCI. Army Spc. Ariel Lopez, an embalmer and reservist, represented SCI’s many military associates and was recognized at the event for his service. Johnny Salinas, Marine Corps veteran and funeral services assistant, was also in attendance representing SCI’s veteran community.
