You Ken Be Fit  Too LLC I help women over 50 build muscle and age gracefully so they can live life to its fullest as they age All my life I struggled with weight and fitness.

I graduated highschool at close to 300 lbs ! It was at that point I decided to lose weight. And I like many of you tried everything , tried the quickest things possible (fasting , barely eating ) or " miracle" diet drugs. But in the end it stabilized and worked the most when I committed to healthy diet and regular exercise routine. I have committed my life to helping people learn the joys of livin

g a healthy fit life . What is online training ? It is essentially having the trainer you want , and then ability to train whenever you want . No more being confined to who trains in your gym or in your geographical area , no more having to work your schedule around a trainers schedule.
