Happy National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week! This week we honor the men and women who have dedicated their lives to being the “calm voice in the dark”. The behind-the-scenes work that these dispatchers do often gets unrecognized. However, they truly are the vital link between our community and first responders, and the lifeline for countless individuals each year. In 2019 alone, our 15 dispatchers answered 31,687 calls for service in Stafford Township. The work they do is crucial to the success of law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical services.

To our amazing team of telecommunicators at Stafford Township, Ocean County Sheriff 911, and all other dispatchers near and far, we say THANK YOU!

We are grateful to your service and dedication to keeping us safe!

ALERT! If you have Horizon BCBS insurance, they are taking steps that will limit you to 5 VISITS A YEAR for chiropractic, physical therapy, occupational therapy & acupuncture. They will tell you you still have 30 visits, you’ll still pay a premium based on 30 visits but the company they want to partner with never approves more than 5 visits. I’ve been dealing with them for years. Please contact your representatives unless you want these benefits to be essentially eliminated!

Stop using folic acid.

I don’t care who tells you folic acid is great stuff.

I don’t care if your doctor says you need some folic acid.

They. are. wrong.

Your ancestors never touched synthetic folic acid in their lifetime.

You’re here now.

Our genes don’t like folic acid.

Yes. Sure. Folic acid is very well absorbed into your blood.

So are paint fumes, gasoline, Roundup, arsenic.

Such a stupid argument saying folic acid is well absorbed.

The question is what does folic acid actually DO after it’s absorbed?

It dirties your genes.

Stop.

Use natural folates found in leafy greens, liver, organ meats of many types.

Supplement with real folates like Folinic Acid and MTHF.

I formulate all .health supplements with legitimate nutrients. Not the cheap folic acid and then jump up and down defending why folic acid is better.

It’s not.

Folic acid costs supplement companies about $5/kg.

MTHF costs about $12,000/kg

There’s your answer why they don’t switch from garbage folic acid.

If they did, their profit margins go down or their prices would go up or both.
