They say every artist has a story. Mine starts with caffeine, ends with perfectionism, and somewhere in between—clients start growing hairlines that look better than their future.

Sometimes I question my life choices… then I see a mirror fade turn into confidence, and I remember—nah, I’m him. 👑

"You know when you do a stupid thing…"
(Read that in a strong Italian accent—because he did.)

This legend right here was one of my favorite results from 2 years ago. Full Norwood. Clean, natural, and exactly what he wanted. Fast forward to now? He walks into my office shaking his head.

Why?
Because his barber of 20 years, and good friend (maybe not much longer) — who just got licensed to do SMP—convinced him to let him “touch it up.” Just a little session, no big deal, right?

THE RESULT?

Blowouts.
Blue helmet.
Hairline from a sci-fi movie.
A lotta regret.

He didn’t call me for a month because he was embarrassed—but he finally came back in, looked at me, and said:
“I don’t know why I let him talk me into it… I did a stupid thing!”

Now we’re looking at 2-3 laser sessions, a 5-month wait, and then starting from scratch.

Norwood 7 with a Defined Hairline That Just Works 👑

This client came in with full-blown Norwood 7 hair loss and wanted a strong, defined hairline—a bold request, and if you know me, you know I usually lean more natural with hairlines. Why? Because going too sharp can easily look unnatural if not done right.

But we met in the middle.

With the right detail, feathering, and flow, we created a defined hairline that still looks believable and clean. This one? It fits him perfectly. Strong, masculine, and natural—the way a defined hairline should look.

🚨 Should You Get Laser Removal Before Your Next SMP Session? 🚨

A lot of people think fresh SMP will “cover up” botched work—but that’s not how it works. Blowouts, migration, and patchy ink don’t just disappear under new pigment.

💥 Case in point: My recent client spent $7,500 on SMP at a hair transplant clinic, only to end up with blowouts and poor retention. He opted out of laser removal because he is going to regrow his hair. After just two sessions with me, we got him looking clean and natural—but guess what? Those blue patches from the blowouts are STILL visible.
