From asking if he will ever feel normal again to moving like an athlete in just 6 weeks
There’s no such thing as routine surgery
And, unfortunately, most people aren’t educated on appropriate expectations prior to committing to a surgery
Proper education, solid communication and sound clinical decision making are essential in making consistent progress
We don’t put limits on what we expect your body to be able to do. We assess. And we have a reason for everything we do.
There is not a predetermined list of exercises to (or not to) do. Week by week we progress based on what your body shows us it is ready for. Always reflecting on progress in a micro scale (day by day, week by week) and macro scale (month to month)
Struggling to make progress after surgery, regardless of how far out you are? DM us to learn how we might be able to help
