I’m so incredibly excited and honored to announce that I was selected alongside to be a speaker at the 30th Annual OCD Conference in Chicago!

For 30 years, this event has been the leading gathering for individuals with OCD, families, mental health professionals, and researchers. Hosted by the International OCD Foundation and sponsored by Sheppard Pratt, the conference provides expert-led sessions, support groups, and networking opportunities, all in a welcoming environment.

Happy Bark Mitzvah to my Baby Girl Godiva Fields!! This little munchkin princess is my EVERYTHING! She’s been with me through thick and thin! I have been absolutely blessed to call her my Fluff Daughter for the past 6 plus years! One of my favorite things about her is how friendly and sweet she is to other dogs and people! She’s become my unofficial therapy dog, coming to my office twice a week and making my Clients smile and laugh! It’s fitting that her 13th Birthday is in the middle of OCD Awareness Week due to her “unofficial” title of OCD Therapy Dog! Love you so much G! 😘🐶🎂

I still can’t stop laughing about this text I received from a Client this past weekend 😂. This is her new way of trying to determine if her thoughts are more so intrusive thoughts or are average Mommy of 2 year old thoughts! Thank you to my unnamed Client who let me share this! I’m honored to have an acronym with my name in it!❤️🙏🏻

Today marks 3 years since I saw my first client in private practice! I’m so proud of the business I’ve built and the clients I’ve helped!! I truly love what I do and I’m in the best place to celebrate this milestone, OCD Con!! For better or worse, my own personal journey with OCD has been the driving force to help others like me and motivate me to be so active in the OCD Community. I am beyond grateful to my clients, some of whom have been working with me for 3 years now, and to my family, friends, my fiance Andrew, and Godiva and Peanut my fur babies for all of your support and kindness! Thank you all!! 🗂️📋👩🏻‍💻🥳🍾

LOVE my new bracelets!! Especially my new bracelet that is a collab with !! I always tell myself and my Clients to “just eat the (insert deliciously unhealthy food here)” if your body is craving it! It’s ok to listen to your body and give it what it wants! Today it’s a !! 😊❤️

First Thanksgiving ENGAGED!! I gotta tell you, for someone who suffers from ridiculous amounts of Anxiety, this Thanksgiving really wasn’t as overwhelming as I thought it would be. The last almost 2 weeks has legit been Anxiety Fest 2023! And at times, the obsessive thoughts were starting to break through but I feel like I did a decent job at putting them at bay. I’m actually EXHAUSTED from fighting my little OCD and Anxiety monsters leading up to Thanksgiving! They love to pounce on any happiness I have in my life and try and make it suck! Well not this Thanksgiving you Little Sh*ts (OCD and Anxiety Monsters 😂). I had a really great day with my family and my fiancé’s family and am so grateful for all the wonderful people I have in my life including my OCD community! I hope you guys got to enjoy the day!! Keep fighting the good fight!! Don’t let the “little sh*ts” win!! 😂❤️ 💍 🙏
