The dressing uses Greek yogurt instead of mayo for a lower fat, protein-packed, incredibly tasting topping

RECIPE BELOWโฌ‡๏ธ At less than 90 calories each, these muffins contain no added sugar, a protein boost from nonfat plain Greek yogurt, and antioxidant power from blueberries ๐Ÿซ

Ingredients
โ€ข 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
โ€ข 1 large egg
โ€ข 2 tbsp maple syrup
โ€ข 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
โ€ข 1 tsp vanilla extract
โ€ข 1 cup all-purpose flour
โ€ข 1ยฝ tsp baking powder
โ€ข Pinch of salt
โ€ข 3/4 cup blueberries

Instructions
Mix together wet ingredients, then mix in the dry ingredients. Fold in the blueberries. Portion out evenly into a muffin tin.

Bake at 350ยฐF for 25-30 mins.
Allow to cool before removing from baking dish
