After 6 month hiatus, we finally moved across the street next to Fit by Marina and ready to OPEN our new, expanded, beautiful studio! Stay tuned for the new SCHEDULE coming soon.

In addition to Bike & Box, we are adding other unique classes too!
We also expanding our team with new talented instructors!

Full Body Cryotherapy, spot treatment Cryo and Cryofacial are available by appointment at a much better rate.
